此工作坊將教授以沙作畫的技巧,讓參加者體驗在全心投入沙畫創作的過程中的那一份平靜與療癒,及如何讓自己情緒得以抒發。工作坊亦會提供沙畫燈箱及沙,以便參加者在家亦能隨時進行沙畫創作,作為自我照顧的活動。

賽馬會幸福校園實踐計劃《看見幸福・2021》聯校攝影比賽,旨在鼓勵十五所參與計劃學校的學生、家長和教職員通過攝影鏡頭,探索身邊的人、事、境和物,以影像呈現「幸福」。參加者可使用相機或手機拍攝,發揮個人潛能和創意,用照片說:「這就是幸福!」

《筆尖下的平靜:禪繞畫體驗》

Description: An intensive eleven-week mindfulness course
for teachers and professionals in schools to learn about the foundational concepts of mindfulness and empower them with mindfulness practice so that they are skillful in stress coping and ready to use a mindfulness resource package to help their students in stress reduction. The course includes the .b foundations Curriculum developed by Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), a charitable organisation in the United Kingdom.

This Course aims at providing teachers with a foundation training of the Positive Discipline (PD) Model which is founded on Alfred Adler’s Individual Psychology and further developed by Jane Nelson and Lynn Lott. PD has been evidence- based to be an effective model for teachers in the classroom as well as for parents in the families for the longer-term development of children’s character and acquisition of life skills by encouragement with firmness and kindness at the same time.
From the 3-day training Course, participants will learn by active engagement in all class activities (such as role-play, personal sharing and discussion). Through self-reflection and team synergy, participants will be enabled to apply the PD Way onto enhancing the well-being of themselves, students and the school community.
