The joint-school virtual expo, "ART for Well-being 2022", organized by Jockey Club Project Well-being, aims to encourage students, parents and staff members of the 15 participating schools to showcase their work reflecting diverse creative experiences during the pandemic. When we are immersed in the world of creating, we are given the chance to get away from the hustle and bustle, focusing on self-exploration and self-expression. As a result, we get to enjoy the present moment through healing creative processes. The virtual expo provides a space for us to speak through our artwork, and appreciate others’ art which captures their moments of healing and well-being!
賽馬會幸福校園實踐計劃《賞・幸福 2022》藝術作品分享活動，旨在鼓勵十五所參與計劃學校的學生、家長和教職員展示他們在疫情下嘗試、體驗不同的藝術活動的成果。在藝術創作世界裏，我們遠離煩囂，專注於自我探索、抒發情感，盡情享受當刻的自癒。藉這次分享活動，我們用作品說話，互相感受及欣賞參與者的「幸福當下」！

We encourage students, parents and staff members of the 15 participating schools to enhance their physical and mental well-being through different art forms. Some examples include:

- Electronic Certificate of Participation
Each participant / Group will be awarded an electronic certificate of participation.
- Personal Page
Each participant / Group will have a personal page for individuals or groups to showcase their artwork. Participants can share their page and receive encouragements and compliments from page visitors.
- “Most Popular Online Award” (3 places for each category)
Each category (secondary student, primary student, parent, school staff, group) has 3 places for the “Most Popular Award” selected by the public. Winners will receive a certificate and gift valued at HK$200.
- 電子參與證書
各參加者／團體均可獲得電子參與證書。
- 專屬展示頁
各參加者／團體均獲派網上展覽平台內個人／團體專屬的作品展示頁，以便參加者於活動期間與朋友分享，並接收到訪者的鼓勵。
- 網上人氣大獎（各組別三個）
由大眾於網上展覽平台投票選出，各組別（中學生、小學生、家長、教職員、團體）裏獲得最多 “Like” 數量的首三名參加者，將獲得「網上人氣大獎」（獎狀及價值約 HK $200 獎券）。

Online Exhibition網上展覽
All submissions satisfying the requirements and the Terms and Conditions of the “ART for Well-being 2022” will be displayed in the Project’s virtual exhibition platform, expected to be launched in between July - August 2022. 符合主題及參加條款及細則的作品，將於賽馬會幸福校園實踐計劃《賞・幸福 2022》網上展覽平台中展出，預計於2022年七月至八月推出。
Important Dates重要時間
Registration and Submission of Artwork:
June 8 to July 15, 2022, 18:00 (HKT). Any late submission will not be entertained.
Voting period for the “Most Popular Online Award”:
July 26 to August 8, 2022.

2022 年 6 月 8 日至 7 月 15 日晚上 6 時正 (香港時間) ，逾期恕不受理。
「網上人氣大獎」投票時段：
2022 年 7 月 26 日 至 8 月 8 日期間。

- Participants can register and submit artwork here. Each participant can submit 1 to 10 artwork pieces. Please specify the form of each artwork.
- We only accept artwork created on or after September 1, 2020.
- Please upload only 1 file for each piece of artwork. The following file formats are accepted:
- Image (JPEG; within 15MB)
- Video (Please upload your video to YouTube and submit the YouTube link)
- Audio (MP3 / M4A; within 15MB)
- Please read through the Terms and Conditions before joining the event.
- 參加者請於 此處 報名及提交藝術作品。參加者可上載一至十份藝術作品，並列明屬於哪種藝術形式。
- 只接受於 2020 年 9 月 1 日或以後完成的藝術作品。
- 上載檔案接受以下其一種形式，每個作品只收一個檔案：

Terms and Conditions參加條款及細則
By joining this event and submitting the artwork, all participants agree to carefully read and to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- The submission must be original artwork created by the participants and the participants should possess the copyrights. The organizer will not be held responsible for any legal disputes regarding copyrights or portrait rights.
- Participants must confirm that their submissions should not include contents that are illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hatred or anxiety-inducing, racially offensive, discriminative, advocating crimes, leading to civic or criminal liability, law or rule-violating or containing improper information. The organizer will not be held responsible for any violation of local laws by the participants.
- Participants should indemnify the organizer against all claim reimbursements, losses, responsibilities, and/or expenses induced by their violation of the terms and conditions.
- The organizer retains the right to disqualify any participants and not to accept any entry.
- All submissions should be open for virtual display, physical exhibition, and publication. The organizer possesses permanent rights to use all entries. By submitting their files, participants grant to the organizer an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free license to use any submitted materials for any purpose the organizer may see fit. It includes editing, using, copying, exhibiting online and/or offline, publishing albums, journals, and in other media for publicity purposes without obtaining approval from or paying to participants.
- The organizer reserves the right to interpret and amend the rules and the final decisions of the event, participants cannot object to the arrangements. All participants voluntarily participate in this event, and agree and abide by all arrangements and decisions made by the organizer.
凡提交作品參加是次活動，即代表參加者已細閱並同意以下的活動條款及細則，並受其約束。
- 參加作品必須是參加者的個人原創藝術作品，並擁有該作品的全部版權，入選作品如涉及版權、肖像權等法律糾紛，一概與主辦單位無關。
- 參加者需確認參加作品的內容不能涉及不合法、淫褻、不雅、誹謗、恐嚇、色情、騷擾、致他人有憎恨或不安、冒犯種族或民族、歧視、鼓吹被視為犯罪的行為、引致民事或刑事責任、違反任何法例、規則或不正當的資料。主辦單位不會為參加者因參加而觸犯當地法例負上任何責任。
- 參加者須同意若因違反任何條款，而導致主辦單位被索償、引起損失、招致額外費用、賠款、責任及／或支出，須對主辦單位作出賠償。
- 主辦單位有權取消參加者的資格，拒絕接納任何參加作品而毋須作出解釋。
- 所有作品可被用作網上展示、展覽及出版用途。主辦單位擁有參加者所上載檔案的永久使用權。參加者遞交的檔案， 代表已授予主辦單位不可撤銷、全球性、永久及免版稅的權利許可，容許主辦單位全權修改、使用、複製、公開展覽及／或在網上及／或、出版畫冊、刊物及其他媒體登載參加作品作宣傳用途，而毋須事先取得參加者的同意或向其支付費用。
- 主辦單位保留闡釋及修訂參加規則的權利，以及享有一切活動安排及任何爭議的最終決定權，參加者不得異議。參與者乃自願參加此活動，並同意及遵守所有由主辦單位所有的安排及決定。
Personal Information Collection Statement個人資料收集聲明
- All the personal data obtained will remain strictly confidential and will be used for event-related purposes only.
- For the above purpose, your name and school name may be disclosed on the organizer’s website and/or other websites and/or other media. The organizer may provide or disclose your data to the school you belong to, supporting organizations, or media.
- If you fail to provide the required personal information, the organizer will not accept your enrollment in the event. The provision of your personal information is entirely voluntary.
- 閣下提供之個人資料將予保密，並只用作處理有關本活動之事宜。
- 為上述目的，閣下的姓名及所屬學校名稱或會在主辦單位的網站及／或媒體披露。主辦單位亦可能提供或披露閣下的資料予所屬學校、支持機構或傳媒。
- 如閣下未能提供所需的個人資料，主辦單位不會接納閣下報名參與是次活動，而提供的個人資料純屬自願。
